This Mandeville canyon home, originally pre-wired and installed in 1989/1990 by Sterling Audio Video. Recently upgraded with flat screen displays and a whole home wireless network. Thus allowing full streaming of media and airplay to all areas of the home.

Two Home Theater installations, one dedicated theater featuring a Bose surround system.The second, a Living Room Home Theater has artwork, that automatically lifts out of the way to reveal a flat screen TV when required. From here we have nine areas, including a tennis court, Pool area and outdoor Dining area which contain concealed speakers playing content from a centrally located system.
